Here at KELLNERS Golf & Activewear, we understand that orders sometimes do not meet your requirements hence why we offer a refund service and ensure that our customers are satisfied. 

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To start a return, you can contact us at kellnersactivewear@gmail.com. Please include reasoning for Why and include your order number. 
• Once we accept your query, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Upon receiving the item(s), an inspection will occur to confirm if the item is within its original unworn condition as well as its original packaging. 
• If the item(s) are deemed to be in original condition and packaging, we will proceed to refund the original amount to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 
• Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs, and return postage is at the buyers own cost and risk. Please also understand that the returning item(s) must be shipped back to use via tracked mail to ensure it arrives safely. NO REFUNDS if the item is lost in postage. 

Please note: (To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.)

Exceptions / non-returnable items

A refund will not be issued if the item has signs of usage (including: Aftershave/Perfume, Makeup, Body odours, Washed or Cigarette smoke). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We also understand that the size may not fit, hence why we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. However, please take into consideration that the exchange will only be accepted if the item is in original condition and packaging.
